Mental Health Day at TWSI

Our Mental Health Day celebration at TWSI was all about slowing down, tuning in, and giving ourselves the care we often forget to take. The day highlighted a beautiful truth: Self-care doesn’t always require big steps. Sometimes it begins with a small pause, a mindful breath, and a moment of kindness to yourself.

Students participated in calming mindfulness sessions, breathing exercises, gratitude activities, and simple moments of reflection to help them understand that mental well-being is just as important as physical health. Together, we embraced the importance of emotional balance, spreading awareness, empathy, and positive energy across the campus.
